Rockstar Support’s edition guide is the clearest source for preload and delivery details. It lists preload from local midnight on November 12 for the currently announced console platforms.
The same guide explains the Standard and Ultimate editions and says the physical package contains a download code. Buyers should check storage, internet access and the exact contents for their platform before ordering.
